The Farm

The Farm is 550 acres of hill, woodland and river flats bounded to the North by the River Lochy. We have a small Highland fold of 30 cows and calves, 150 Cheviot x Llwyn ewes and a Highland pony stud and various sports horses. We usually have farm eggs for sale.

There are some good walks down to the river Lochy and along the banks where you might see you might see indiginous wildlife including roe deer, red deer, buzzards, pine martens, otters, woodcock, oystercatchers and Canada geese. The mixture of natural woodland, open moorland and riverbanks creates a wonderful habitat for a variety of deciduous and coniferous trees, wild mushrooms and fungi, wild flowers and butterflies.
